In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless otherwise stated:

The Platform is operated by Ph688 and any affiliate entities as may be appropriate. These Terms regulate all use of the Platform by Users and supersede any prior terms to the extent of inconsistency.

Ph688 may suspend or close duplicate or suspicious accounts and may void any Bets associated with such accounts. The User shall provide accurate identification and contact details in accordance with the KYC Requirements set out in Section 6.
During registration, the User consents to be bound by these Terms and confirms they have read and understood the rules governing use of the Platform.
Access to the Platform is provided on a temporary basis and Ph688 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify any aspect of the Platform without notice. The User agrees to use the Platform for personal, non‑commercial purposes and shall not:
The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for activities conducted under their account. Ph688 may invalidate or suspend transactions that it deems fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Ph688 conducts KYC procedures as required by applicable law. The User shall provide documentation sufficient to verify identity, age and residential address, including, where requested, government‑issued identification and proof of address. Ph688 may withhold, suspend or restrict withdrawals pending completion of verification. The User agrees that if verification cannot be completed or information provided is inaccurate, Ph688 may suspend or terminate the account and reclaim funds as permitted by law.
Identification requirements may include, but are not limited to, photographic ID, proof of address and other documents as may be reasonably requested. If a dispute arises regarding identity or ownership of funds, Ph688 may request additional information or documentation.
Funding methods and processing times are provided within the Platform and are subject to verification checks. The User may deposit funds in the currency supported by the Platform, subject to minimum and maximum thresholds as established by Ph688 from time to time. Withdrawals shall be made in the same currency as the corresponding deposit unless otherwise permitted by Ph688.
The User must ensure that the name on any payment method corresponds to the name on the User’s Ph688 account. Ph688 reserves the right to request further information or documentation to verify ownership of payment instruments and to suspend or decline deposits or withdrawals that do not comply with these requirements.
In the event of erroneous credits, the balance may be reversed, and the User shall promptly notify Ph688. The User acknowledges that all payments are subject to anti‑fraud, anti‑money‑laundering and regulatory compliance checks.
Bets are governed by the applicable Rules of the Platform and by these Terms. A Bet shall be deemed valid upon the appearance of a confirmation in the User’s transaction history. In case of discrepancies between the User’s device display and Ph688’s server data, the server data shall prevail and be final for settlement purposes.
Ph688 reserves the right to void Bets in cases of suspected foul play, use of another person’s account, collusion, or any unusual betting activity. Winnings shall be credited to the User’s account following settlement, subject to verification and applicable regulatory requirements.
Promotions are offered at Ph688’s discretion and are subject to Promotion Terms published alongside each offer. Promotions may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Bonuses and winnings may be forfeited if the User engages in prohibited conduct, breaches these Terms or participates in collusion or multi‑account activity. Only settled bets on which the outcome is determined shall count toward any bonus or wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms.
Ph688 promotes responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools and resources to manage playing activity, including time limits, self‑exclusion options and access to support services. If the User experiences problems or believes their gambling may be problem‑based, they should seek help in accordance with the Platform’s Responsible Gambling Policy and applicable local resources.
All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property laws. The User is granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No ownership of the Platform’s content, software or underlying systems is transferred to the User. The User agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Platform content except as expressly permitted by Ph688 in writing.
Ph688 processes Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The User consents to collection, storage and processing of Personal Data for the purpose of operating the Platform, providing gambling services and complying with legal obligations. The Platform may use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in its Privacy Policy. The User may exercise data rights and request access, correction or deletion where applicable by law.
Ph688 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or other reasonable means prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Ph688 may suspend, terminate or restrict access to the User’s account at any time for breach of these Terms, regulatory non‑compliance, suspected fraud or operational reasons. On termination, the User may be entitled to withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with regulatory and platform rules. Ph688 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals in the event of unresolved disputes or regulatory limitations.
To the extent permitted by law, Ph688 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ph688 does not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation, and disclaims liability for losses arising from platform outages, delays, third‑party content, or actions outside Ph688’s control. In no event shall Ph688 be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from participation in the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Ph688. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts or through a binding arbitration mechanism in accordance with the prevailing rules of that jurisdiction, in the absence of a required regulatory dispute channel.
For questions, complaints or assistance, Users shall contact Ph688 through the official support channels provided within the Platform. Ph688 shall respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with its regulatory and internal procedures.
Ph688 adheres to applicable AML/CFT regulations. The User shall provide true, accurate and current information and documentation as required. Ph688 may undertake reasonable verification processes, suspend transactions and/or report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in compliance with legal obligations.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Ph688 to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with any Promotion Terms, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Ph688 and the User regarding the Platform.
