Bonus Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses, promotions, and bonus funds offered by Ph688. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these terms, including any promotional terms published with a specific offer.

Eligibility and Verification

1. Only players who have completed identity verification are eligible to claim bonuses. Verification includes providing a valid email address, telephone number, full name, residential address, date of birth, and confirmation of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Ph688 reserves the right to suspend or deny any bonus if the verification data is incomplete, inaccurate, or if the account shows signs of impropriety or non-compliance with these terms.

Claiming and Activating a Bonus

1. To claim a bonus, the promotion must be activated prior to placing the applicable deposit. Activation is performed by navigating to the Account area, selecting Bonus, and pressing the Activate button next to the relevant offer. Alternatively, if a promotion provides a bonus code, you may click the "+ I Have the Bonus Code" option and enter the code before depositing.
2. The minimum permitted deposit to qualify for a bonus is the amount stated in the individual promotion terms (commonly $10 or equivalent). If not stated, the minimum will be the amount required by the current offer.
3. Each promotion has a maximum bonus amount, as specified in its terms. The bonus funds will be credited to the player’s bonus balance in the currency of the bonus offer unless stated otherwise.

Types of Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Deposit Bonuses: Credits are allocated to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering and game contribution rules as described below.
• No Deposit Bonuses: May be offered without a deposit and are subject to the terms stated with the promotion. Winnings and bonuses carry wagering requirements and time limits where applicable.
• Free Spins: Granted on designated games and/or no-deposit promotions; see individual promotion terms for eligibility and expiry.
• Cashback: Cashback rewards may be credited to the main wallet or bonus balance in accordance with the promotion terms; these rewards may be exempt from wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements and Contributions

1. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the sum of the bonus funds. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
2. Game contributions apply and vary by game type. The default contributions are as follows: Slots 100%; Sportsbook 10%; Live Casino 5%; Dice 5%; Provably Fair Games 5%; other/ miscellaneous games may have different contributions as published in the game’s terms.
3. Some games may be excluded from the wagering requirements. If a game is excluded, bets placed on that game will not count toward the wagering requirements.
4. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward the wagering requirements. Real-money balance is applied first; bonus funds are considered only after personal funds are exhausted.
5. No bonus funds are counted toward wagering requirements for Free Play or demo modes. Free Spins winnings become bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering rules unless the promotion states otherwise.
6. Gamble and Double Up features do not count toward wagering requirements. Free spins and bonus rounds are excluded from the wagering contributions unless the promotion specifically permits otherwise.

Betting Limits and Game Play During Bonus Activity

• During an active bonus, the maximum bet amount is capped at $10 per wager (or its equivalent in the account currency). Breaching this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• All bets funded by bonus funds must be settled to count toward wagering requirements. Bets funded by real money are settled as standard and will be used to meet wagering obligations only after bonus funds are fully utilized.
• When playing parallel sessions, only bets from the first session opened will count toward wagering requirements of any bonus.

Expiration, Forfeiture, and Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

1. All bonuses and associated winnings have a defined expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. If the expiry period lapses, any unredeemed bonus funds and winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
2. After a bonus has been wagered, forfeited, or lost, any free spins or bonus rounds associated with that bonus are no longer available for use.
3. Withdrawing funds before satisfying all wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play.

Single Bonus Policy and Account Integrity

1. Players may not have more than one active bonus at a time. Initiating a new bonus while another is active may lead to forfeiture of the existing bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
2. Ph688 reserves the right to audit activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to circular deposits, multiple registrations from the same IP address, or other patterns indicative of exploitation. In such cases, bonuses may be suspended, revoked, or voided, and winnings forfeited.

Loyalty, Promotions, and the Ph688 Club

Promotional offers and the Ph688 loyalty program are governed by separate terms. Participation may be limited to recreational players at Ph688’s sole discretion. Change or cancellation of promotions and loyalty benefits may occur at any time, and benefits are non-transferable between accounts. All bonuses claimed under promotions have a validity period as stated in the respective terms; unused bonuses after expiry are removed, along with any winnings attributable to them.

Fund Protection, Security, and Responsible Gaming

Ph688 maintains robust security protocols to protect personal and financial data. Identity verification may be requested at any time in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activity. Players should set responsible gaming limits, including deposit, loss, wager, and session duration limits, and may request account restrictions or self-exclusion through customer support.

Changes to Terms; Promotions, Disputes, and Governing Law

1. Ph688 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion or these Terms at any time. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice; material changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
2. In the event of a dispute, Ph688’s decision is final and binding.
3. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ph688’s licensing jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the indicated jurisdiction's courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Data Privacy and Communications

Ph688 processes personal data in accordance with its privacy regime. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the use of your data for the administration of bonuses, promotions, and related communications, including notices of changes to terms or promotions.
